
Meet Clemency, the owner of
Reformation Reformer Pilates Studio.
Clemency is a qualified Occupational Therapist and Sensory Integration Practitioner with a career spanning 20 years within the profession.
She has postgraduate training and clinical experience in the assessment and treatment of, acquired and traumatic brain injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, postural management, neuro-developmental conditions and sensory processing difficulties.
Through her own practice on the reformer, Clemency witnessed the physical and mental health benefits and decided to complete the training to become a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
Clemency draws on her previous clinical experience to provide an individualised approach to her 1:1 sessions and the use of layering and adaptations within group classes.
Clemency's favourite exercise on the reformer is legs in straps, as she loves the opportunity that it provides to connect your mind to your body.
When she is not at the studio, Clemency enjoys watching her son play football and enjoys long walks with her dog Ronnie.

Meet Ali, one of our certified Reformer Pilates instructors.
Ali is passionate about helping you achieve your goals. She provides personalised instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Ali is here to help you grow in strength and confidence.
Ali's favourite exercise on the reformer is long spine massage as she loves the control that it takes to execute this movement with precision.
When Ali is not sharing her expertise at the studio, she loves to focus on her own fitness passions including of course Reformer Pilates and a variety of HIIT classes. She also loves to travel, go for long walks and spend time with her husband and cat Minnie.

Annabel is a talented Reformer Pilates instructor who will challenge you to reach your full potential.
She provides personalised instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Annabel's favourite exercise on the reformer is the reverse lunge to plank flow.
When Annabel is not teaching at the studio she enjoys going for long walks in the countryside.

Meet Alex, one of certified Reformer Pilates instructors.
Alex is a qualified medical doctor and her knowledge and expertise of anatomy, physiology and how injury and illness can affect your physical and mental well being helps to guide her Reformer Pilates practice.
Alex provides expertly crafted classes here at Reformation and she ensures that each class incorporates all of the principles of Pilates.
Alex's favourite exercise on the reformer is a flying lunge series as it makes her feel weightless as she glides elegantly through the air!
When Alex is not teaching at the studio, she loves to attend her local book club, spend time with her family and friends and enjoys long walks with her sprocker spaniel Ozzy.
