This class is focused on building strength and enhancing your flexibility to alleviate the extra weight on your lower back while preparing for your journey into motherhood.
Suitable for those in their 2nd Trimester and beyond (12+ weeks).
This class is a great way to look after yourself during pregnancy and meet other mothers to be.
Please note that classes booked within the 6-week course are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

This course is perfect for new mums who want to regain your strength and movement after pregnancy. It provides a safe way to ease back into exercising, taking into account your postnatal journey.
This class is suitable to attend following the confirmation at your 6 week check up with your GP that it is safe for you to exercise. You may require a longer recovery period prior to starting exercising post caesarean section.
You can bring your baby with you to the class up to the crawling stage; and no prior experience with Reformer Pilates is required.
This class is the perfect way to ease back into exercise following your pregnancy and labour. It will enable you to move your body, feel good and meet other mum's within the local area.
